Did he belly flop onto a pool of razors and salt? THAT looks painful!
Just a garage style workout. So like crossfit with only body weight since there is little to no equipment. There is a tire, some home made medicine balls, and I brought in a heavy bag that we used once. Oh yeah, I built a jump box last night. I also run some what consistently throughout the week.

How tall is the box?
20x24x30. I kind of wish I made it longer/taller. I can do 30 inches pretty easily. 36 would have been better. But then not everyone who will use this box can do that.
