So tailhook.... A bunch of Naval Officers (male and female) at a conference that got out of hand. Drunken sexual misconduct that ended a lot of careers and changed the military forever. The "good times" started ending after that. Now it's swung in the opposite direction and fun/morale is discouraged, even shat upon by the box-checking careerist do-gooders that have pushed the good leaders out.
