You did date the batteries prior to installation, yes? This way you can track time of install , to time it wakes you up 2 hrs before you normally get up for work.

haha. I returned some items to the RV the other day and heard something chirping from outside after spending only a brief moment in it. Due to the infrequent chirps and it being rather cold, I never really did find the source, but it stopped after I pulled the battery from the only detector in the RV.
