I wanted to leave work at around 2:00 or so, but the mood in the office wasn't all that receptive to someone asking if that was cool....so I didn't ask.
I did kinda stress my arm out today, even though I was being careful. Stuff's gonna get better every day I think...as long as I don't do anything to mess up the progress...I have to really be careful of what I do, and stop and think about every move I'm about to make.

Yea, and one of the hardest things is trying to push yourself too hard during PT. After my last surgery, in PT while learning how to walk again (and relearning how to use my quad muscles), I developed a severe case of patellar tendonitis and that sucked worse than the pain from the surgery. Was forced to take 2 or 3 weeks off from PT and delayed me getting back to normal by that much.

If I had to do any PT today, I couldn't do it....it would be way too painful.
