I have to get this health assessment done for the insurance provider and a big chunk of the cost offset to our health insurance $600/year is a negative COTININE result (tobacco free). Their are other factors, but both of us can get up to $2,000 combined off our premiums.
I tell the Dr., the lab tech, the nurse, the med tech, everyone, several times, that THE most important piece of information that has to be recorded on this damn form they submit is the COTININE result. "Oh, we do 8 of these a day, don't worry..." I also asked that they send me a copy. Corksoakers even got my e-mail address to "improve" their patient communications. Of course, I never received a copy, just their assurance that it was all COMPLETE and sent in.
Yup, stupid motherfuckers faxed in the form to the insurance provider without the fuckn COTININE results recorded.

Dear sweet baby jesus... keep me from killing these children. It's apparently 'bring your shit head' to work day at the office.. they've occupied the conference room across from my office. Frozen has been on repeat all morning. I'm tempted to start drinking... I do have duct tape in the office. It may be deployed by noon.
