Just went out and shot the few guns I have left for the last time before the California adventure. Then they skies opened up and we got pelted by some 1/2 inch hail! I got everything into the car fast enough, but DANG, it came out of nowhere! 5 minutes before that, Mrs. HoneyBadger and HB Jr were soaking up the sun about 20 ft away on a blanket.
This Saturday? Not really. We're going to be at an awkward stage where it's too early to pack everything away because we're not moving until the 19th. All the big stuff is taken care of by the moving company.Quote:

Damn, now we're getting 1/2 inch hail here... It looks to be pretty soft still - it's breaking apart on impact. The last thing we need now is damage to my car or the house...
Well, THAT was fun... Got about 3 inches of 1/2 inch hail. Saw a few bits that were closer to 3/4", but nothing bigger. Just a mile away, one of my friends sent me a picture of 1.25" hail... And a broken window. :(
