I ended up watching most of it, and I thought it came together pretty well. Good job.
I watched a shorter video when I first put my lower together a few months ago. I actually learned some important things watching your video though. Mainly how the safety works (I thought I broke something), and how the castle nut on the buffer tube is supposed to be installed. I think you did a great job and appreciated the recognition for everyone at the end.

Thank you for posting these.
My technique for manipulating the bolt. This allows for several things:
1. It disturbs the rifle very little. This allows for a VERY easy follow up shot, especially if you're in a moderately unstable position, such as a barricade.
2. It allows you to find out if you're at the edge of pressures, checking to see if you've got sticky bolt.
3. It's very methodical, so it helps me to stay calm on the inside. Seriously. Running a bolt fast really makes me think that I have to hurry up and shoot, when the right answer is to have a much more 'zen' approach.
Also, this is the first video with my small camera that is specifically meant for shooting these videos. It's a couple years old, so it doesn't produce the highest quality, but it's small enough that I can take it most places and still get some pretty good footage. The added benefit is that since this is one of the first cameras to use all-digital the file size for the videos is such that I can get them uploaded relatively quickly (vs. my previous digital attempt, which used DV tapes, so rendering took forever and a day and THEN I had to upload a multi-gigabyte video)....

ETA: At the competition I went to on Saturday, I got asked, "How do you guys in the Army run the bolts on your M24s so that you don't move the scope off target?" Uhh..... I'm not a sniper, I just like shooting guns, BUT here's what I do and why I do it.
