Remote testimony is a new service being offered this year. It's available from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction and from Otero Junior College in La Junta. Guidelines for remote testimony are provided at the top of Page 4 in the following document:

Remote testimony will be available for the upcoming hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, which is scheduled for Monday, March 9 at 1:30 p.m., Room 271, second floor of the Capitol. SB 15-175 is the only bill scheduled and proponents (those in favor of repeal of the "mag ban") will testify first.
