No it certainly isn't. So why did you use it? I saw the URL 'tea-party-members-are-koch-suckers' and thought 'Uh oh'.

So who do you think is backing the Occupyers? The unions, Move-On.org, Nancy Pelosi, Barack Osucka, Joe Bite-me and every other far left organization- because the occupyers are ALL Democrats. Also, as far as Deus' claim that the Tea Party got a pass- Tea Party members have been labeled rascists by the administration from the start. That's not getting a pass in my book.

It isn't getting a pass in mine, either. It is just attack garbage.

I'm going to disagree on your 'ALL Democrats' generalization though. Majority? Yes, I think so.

As far as them being 'backed', I haven't seen any quotes by any of those people you mentioned that displayed full support for them. And I'm starting to see more and more on the right offering some words of sympathy for them as it takes up more and more attention in the public eye.

Right now, the politicians on both sides are eyeing this thing along with their strategists in order to figure out how they can gain from it. I think the lines will be better drawn once the 'movement' gets a little more organized and that is when the full left v. right division will occur and the financial backing will start coming in.

It is a shame that the thing became political at all. But anymore... what isn't?

I'll qualify my statement regarding them all being Dems. I'll bet you that EVERY ONE THAT IS A REGISTERED VOTER... is a Democrat. Many of the rest are anarchists, the balance being people just looking for a free meal or anything else they can get for free. Maybe I should just use their term- 99%ers

You're qualifying your statement by using the word "full" with regards to quotes from our great leaders showing support. I have seen Nancy Pelosi saying she "loves" them, that's pretty supportive. Biden as well but of course not using those words. It probably is not the time for the admin to "fully" support the Occupyers. The unions are busing people in to the New York and Boston occupations, as well as supplying food and signage.

I am pleasantly surprised at Hickenlooper. Good for him.

I still think the best thing they could do is go through the crowd non-confrontationally, get IDs fine them for each day in violation. Oh yeah, and put up security cameras around the park -- to ensure their safety of course -- and stream the output to an open site where everyone else can mock the morons in the parks.

Public ridicule instead of letting them make a scene, cumulative financial fines for breaking the law ... it'd be rich.

You're qualifying your statement with... a bet? I'll take that bet if it causes you to somehow find a way to prove what can't be definitively proven.

Honestly, I wish it could be proven because it would make it alot easier for me to write them all off... and not because they're Democrats, but because they're claiming an issue that should be relevant to all of us as their own and making a political game out of it.

I've seen the Pelosi 'love them' quote and her 'God bless them' quote. And I'm starting to see some supportive (or at the least 'understanding') comments from Cain, Romney, Roemer, Paul and a few others.

And yeah, the unions busing people in is bunk, but that is how they've always rolled. They smell a little blood and throw everything they have behind it... well before they know whether or not what is bleeding is a family member, or something they actually want to eat. Nothing new there.

I don't care who supports the movement for true Wall Street and financial reform as long as that it what it is really about, but I will agree that this movement is in the process of being hijacked predominantly by the lefties at this point which is just a damn shame.

But just like I think it is irresponsible to label all tea-partiers as racists and bigots, I think it is also counter-productive to label this Occupy movement as a bunch of lefty, union loving, hand-out wanting hippies and dismissing the entire effort because of it.

Just my opinion.
