I'm thinking not a domestic attack. Just doesn't feel right in a hotel lobby. That happens often in other countries. Domestic types with political motives...I'm thinking a gov't building would've been targeted. Pure, uneducated speculation.

They say bombs went off at 4hr mark. Depending on your bro's age and how quick he is, you can roughly determine if he would have been anywhere near te finish line.
