Back when Myspace waspopular, I logged on one morning to read a spoiler alert about the ending of Harry Potter #6. The book had just come out at midnight that day. I was LIVID. In fact I still get pissed off thinking about to this day. I think it is a trolling thing that is popular though. People go to releases that happen in other countries the day before, flip to the back of books, then post up spoilers for people waiting for them to be released here.

You can expect that the cast grows together over time, and I can totally understand how it would suck when the writers kill off a coworker like that.

Hopefully those folks' skills stop at internet trolling, and when it comes time for real skills and knowledge are needed to survive, those folks will go the way of survival of the fittest. Then we can all concentrate on the stuff that really matters.

Until then all this is is entertainment and I don't get too upset about it all. It isn't worth it. ;-)

I now have 2 friends mad at me over it. I'm just laughing. Football was their priority, walking dead was mine.

Bummer we have to wait a while for it to start back up.

Also, what was the point of Beths "I get it now" comment? That Dawn just forced people to "always come back"?

I was posting from my Nook before and couldn't type well enough to explain. I totally agree with you about people being mad about social media spoilers, but this was a 650 page book that had just been released hours before. Plus, I enjoy books and movies strictly off of recommendation. When someone tells me a movie or book is good, all I want is the title. I don't even read the sleeve of a book until I've read the whole thing. I realize that is just my own quirk though.

Oh yeah, the best line of the night was "Where are your people?"

I've seen the episode. But I do not appreciate un-alerted spoilers. I also believe there are members here who think that other members here will have the decency and respect to not post spoilers. Sometimes life happens and we can't catch the episode right away. Some of us don't have DVR's either. What we do have is an apparently misplaced belief that folks here don't suck.

The Great-Kazoo posted his spoiler alert properly -giving folks a chance to avoid the info.

Like I said, I've seen the episode so you're not spoiling anything for me, but out of respect for our other members you are creating work for me. Give it a few days, then discuss details. Until then, anyone posting spoilers here without a decent SPOILER ALERT gets some time away to see how badly I hate cleaning up after selfish people. Oh, and SPOILER ALERT: it won't be less than 2 weeks.

Watching Talking Dead tonight was more emotional than the actual show was. :(
