Picked up a few new bolts and tips for the crossbow.....HAD to test drive them of course...and jacked one up right out of the gate.
Sometimes arrow tips don't know they're doing a lot of damage to another arrow already in the bag. :( dang it. At $80 for a dozen of them, it sucks to wreck one right away.
That'a okay...I sent off for some custom arrows for my bow...about $120 for 1/2 dozen, and I lost one on the second shot...grrrr....bright pink, fluorescent green and day glo orange...how the eff do u miss finding those in a field!

A 25yr old golden eagle carbine hawk bow. Arrows are some victory archery 400 spline carbon arrows...pink shafts, orange crests, and green n pink fletching. Arrows are worth more than that old bow

I've got a low/mid Man Kung. I really enjoy it though. I'm really leaning towards stepping into the "higher end" of the crossbow world and getting a quality bow. I'm also interested in a compound bow as well...but money isn't falling out of my ass just yet. lol.Quote:
