I've got no college. No real job experience other than what I do now. This is all I really know. Granted, I'm good at it...

There's not much I can do on an HED (not a typo)... I mean, yeah the scores were impressive but when a prospective employer sees you're a high school dropout they kind of shy away...

That's why I think I've been passed over for the academy so many times. 4, to be specific.

Starting to get old... I pass all their tests. Do all their physical stuff. Pass all the oral boards... And they pick other people that turn out to suck.

SO! I figure, I'll take my general ingenuity and knowledge of random stupid shit, and live in the mountains of Alaska as a hermit... Ya know, the mysterious guy who lives in the small cabin and only comes to town for certain things....

I like this new signature I stole from 10mm....... I think I'll keep it.

with todays turn around times for Class 3 transfers PLUS the 10-11 months for F 1 & 4 approval. It's not economically sound to develop a product that doesn't have a fast mfg to end user time. Why R&D, then produce a long shelf item when the end user can select their own suppressor?

prior /mil helps with an LE job. If you have a degree get in with TSA or other entry level FED agancy. Once in you have the opportunity to make a move with any Fed LE, as they will hire from within before selecting from open competitive.
If our kid wanted to, she be federal withing the year, if that. She'd rather kick in doors, and deal with violent felons. That adrenaline rush must come from her mothers side of the family.
