Gotta love his play ground :)
Looks like I have Oreo duty again soon. This time we are at his house, which includes a back-yard and a near by park.

How did it go last time with Oreo?
Medium. I tried to establish dominance, but he is almost impossible to control.
I had the same number of bruises, etc. as I normally do, when he is around.
There were some huge wins, as I did not close my bedroom door to him. He slept on the floor, as he does not like my waterbed.
Never used his crate for punishment, etc.
We did fine.
How come there is no "Like" button here. Y'all have some awesome dogs.
Duke (our 2-year old GSD) got snipped a few days ago. We're sure hoping it chills him out a bit.
I did hear second hand from a professional trainer that laser play is okay.....IF you end the laser play focused on a regular toy the animal is familiar with.
We still haven't used the laser though since the post citing it could mess your dogs head up.
Having trouble finding her food in stores again too, dammit.
Our dog is sensitive to chicken...and they put it in so many different foods, even if it's not featured on the label. Sometimes in higher quantity than the other meats listed on the bag.
Lamb based foods have become unobtanium.
Some friends/neighbors of ours have a young GSD, don't know if he's snipped or not. But as a puppy, I sat him one night and we had a great time! But now, he wants to attack EVERYONE and EVERYTHING he sees.
Encountered him and his mom on a walk one day, he went nuts. Then he got away from her and came after my Beagle. All he did was bark in his face like a psycho, but I had pistol in-hand and was ready to end his existence if he actually attacked either one if us.
I told Katie he came close to going away right then, and strongly suggested she get a stronger harness and a muzzle, as a lawsuit from an injured party would be far worse than losing the psycho.
Now she walks him with a muzzle and a real friggin' harness.
My younger Golden is also sensitive to chicken. Unfortunately, almost everything has chicken protein or fat because it is so cheap. All these places that I visit have people who want to give the dog a cookie, but he can?t have them.
We feed salmon based foods. Talk about stinking [emoji90]?
Burgie spent the night recently, he had to sleep right up against Ziva in her bed LOL. He's a great pup and the two of them are best buddies. He's 10 months old, 20lb of boundless energy, full size we believe.
