It happens. BTDT . The up side is those openings allowed you to up the $$ a little, to competitive rates. Instead of loosing it on the Bro deal. All dries out in the wash.

Yup. I've had 100+ deals with one flake out on some t shirts(*cough*jmetz*cough*). I'm at about 50% for HVAC related deals. AFTER bid was accepted and shook on.
