So I dropped my camera off a roof today. It was still on and the lens was extended. I was watching it fall, figuring it would land in the snow, tumble around, and maybe pop the batteries out like usually happens when I drop it from normal heights. NOPE. In that mental slow motion, I watched as the camera body slid smoothly by a deck rail, perfectly snapping the lens off clean with the body.
Then I dropped my laser measure in the attic that had 6" batt with blown insulation over the top. Meaning that of course I never heard a thing and was extremely lucky to even find it at all. Then I had to go to my next claim and take all the pictures with my cell phone like some chump.
And that's how my last day of claims went. Lol
