Heavy day today. I never thought I'd actually run while carrying a ladder, but I'm finding that I do that more and more often when schedules are tight.

Oh yeah, and I could have died today. We were looking for a leak toward the edge of a 3-story condo. I was walking to the edge and noticed the deck felt spongy as I started to put my foot down. I pulled my foot back, rebalanced, and found that there was NO decking at all. If I would have stepped into that hole, I have no doubt I would have pitched head first right off the edge of the roof. Water had rotted the decking out from under the shingle and the shingles were still in tact over the hole, so you couldn't see it.
Haha, I was thinking while I was running that someone might call the police on me. I was running down the middle of the street in Stapleton because the ladder kept getting caught in the trees along the sidewalk.Quote:

Hey thanks. It wasn't even necessarily a close call like I slipped or something, but in reflection I'm really glad it was my last claim of the day and I wasn't running around. Could have been bad.
