I was shooting for bed before midnight but I'm not gonna make it.

Did some work on my sewing project for protypes #3 and #4. Also did some brain storming about Air B&B. You're right, I think we're sitting on several thousand of untapped annual income. That property is going to need maintenance, and it'd be stupid to not have vacationers pay for it. Hell, I bet I could fill vacancies from here a few times a year.
