So what are the goats and trout screwing up?
I was using trout as an example of a non-native species that many people would assume is native, no weigh in on the other part. However, I can't think of a way that mountain goats are screwing anything up. Don't they have a pretty small population? Unless he means putting more resections on domestic grazing or something.
Been here 50+ yrs, much of it outside in "wilderness" settings. I don't remember anyone arguing against goats being here.
Not sure who the goats might be displacing or harming when they are 300 hundred feet up the canyon walls in Ladore Canyon.
