Caught this critter while I was fishing in Galvaston, TX a few weeks ago. Definitely cool to say I caught it, but it startled me when I pulled it out of the water.

Yum. I love flounder. That was about the only fish I would actually keep and take home and eat. I would filet it, bake it in the oven with some butter, a little black pepper, and a couple if slices of lemon. We would head down to Crystal Beach (near Galveston) and fish Rollover pass and catch them.Quote:

Had some dolphins hunting 20 yards off the pier.

The wiper was at Bonny before the drained it, Grrrrrrrrr and the Mahi mahi was in Costa Rica.
