The story as I heard it was that the Porsche was in their shop for repair, and the tech's couldn't exactly figure it out and get it started and diagnose the problem. So the driver took the keys, and Walker (having a partial stake in the company) wanted to tag along. The car wasn't 100% perfect, and so the story that there were fluids on the street prior to the skid marks doesn't sound too far fetched. Maybe they were being reckless, maybe they weren't, I'm not sure. But the car wasn't in perfect working order prior to driving it.
