Yeah, rebel leaders sitting around making fb posts and tweets. Those accounts are owned by rebel sympathizers, not the actual people.
Beyond a reasonable doubt is a standard for conviction. At this early juncture, the objective is to identify likeliest culprit so that evidence can be gathered to support the reasonable doubt standard. Occam's Razor engages which points pretty clearly at the rebels with support of Russia.Quote:

Looking at the black boxes (voice and data) will not tell much of anything other than if the crew was alive up until impact and if the SAM blew off an engine or not.

Black boxes don't mean shit in this case. We already know what happened to the plane. It was shot down. Passenger jets don't have AWS systems, so there would be no notification in the cockpit of lock on or missile incoming. All we'd know from that is that it was cruising along, there was an explosion, and the plane broke up and crashed.Quote:
