or if you have an ARMS mount with a throw lever on it, BREAK it take before and after pictures, send it to LaRue and he will send you a replacement of his mount, and throws in a dillo and some stickers and some guys have got a hat or dillo dust (for cooking--seasoning)

Just wondering... Would it be economical/ethical to order an ARMS mount, bust it, and then send it to Mark for a LaRue replacement?

he said do what you want...he doesn't care. He just wants the lawsuit dropped and to make a fool of dick Swan at shotshow...which he will when he rolls up with probably close to a pickup truck bed worth of intentionally broken ARMS mounts/rails etc.

Mark does not honestly want you mailing money to dick and have to replace those with products off his line.

Just this year Dick Swan has:
Sued Magpul (back up iron sites) winning over a million
Sued Troy Industries (I forgot what) winning over a million
Sued LaRue (over the trademarked number #17)

"Dick" thinks the best way to counter falling profits is to hire lawyers and sue other industry leaders to make money, not hire customer service reps.

And then don't forget, he told a grieving widow with three kids (one of whom has down syndrom) to take her memorial down located somewhere on his obscure property in the woods (sent by papered legal notice mind you), after her husband had just committed suicide days earlier, and then told the media that IT WAS THE WIDOWS FAULT HER HUSBAND KILLED HIMSELF (which no, it was not, dick is just a DICK)

Fuck Dick Swan. Don't send him a dime just so LaRue pays out of pocket. I'll do what I can to make sure he is out of business in five years or less.

Totally agree, all my ARMS stuff has been broken and sent it, or sold. i won't buy another ARMS thing again.

he also threatened to sue a dealer on ar15.com for another name...it was either stop selling the product or get sued, the guy is small business so he had to stop selling...

Dick also gave $1000 to a anti-gun candidate in MA.

Dick also has a very large collection on Nazi memorabilia, products, etc and is said to be a Nazi supporter...there is more about that on ar15.com as well.

ETA: Also, it would help if everyone sent emails to Eotech and Stag Arms (I am sure there are others), but basically anyone affiliated with ARMS and let them know their sales will decline and you won't buy their products if they continue business with Dick Swan/ARMS.
