No, demo letters are required to acquire post-86 stuff via a transfer. However, a qualified manufacturer, such as myself and presumably Red Jacket, can build anything our license allows, and we notify ATF within 24 hrs of completing it.

Once built, we can only dispose of them to other qualified dealers with a demo letter, or to LE/gov agencies or for export; or we destroy the receivers and keep the rest of the parts for later when we're done playing with them.

Yea, I actually watched the first two seasons of the show. I feel dumber for doing it though! The original documentary was pretty cool, the show as kind of cool but WAY too much drama (like the constant graphics of trucks going off a cliff just because there's a pebble on the fender or some such crap).

The fat guy is plain obnoxious.
