I should clarify, I'm scared Alex Jones might actually come up with proof on how the Pyramids were built, AND BY WHOM, which will totally freak me out and turn me "to the Dark Side".
Jeezums, guys. Why get so personal? It's bad enough that we have forces at work that want to enslave us, can't we at least be civil?
The military is going to infilitrate Walmart and make sure it buys American...

Nice.
The spouse of a store employee is not "the retailer". In fact, the spouse of a store employee should carry the same weight as a customer who stood there while a store employee called to try to order more ammo.
I was the first person to post "the word of the retailer" when Walmart finally commented, and I still don't think the email I sent was inappropriate. They can file it in the bin of "people who thought we were stopping ammo sales until we made it clear we weren't". On the other hand, at best your ad hominem shows you care more about bitching on here than on a logical discussion, or doing something meaningful.
Because your experience was in ONE STORE. And if you read what I said.. Store managers have the option of making their own rules on this kind of thing. I do not doubt what happened to you but again if you read... It is not a corporate global Wal-Mart policy. And yes my word should be considered better than a customer since my wife is a manager with Wal-Mart for 20 years... I think she would know more than you about what is going down at Wal-Mart. If you worked somewhere for 20 years and someone walked in off the street do you think they would know more about the goings on at your work... I think not... C’mon man get real.
Have you ever worked in retail? I spent several years of my career managing retail stores for a very well known phone company. Every other customer that walked through my doors sure acted like they knew more about the goings on in my store than I did. It was pretty common for people to tell me where I needed to go and what I needed to do with myself. :)
I found this, and after digging around didn't see it on the rest of the site so I thought I'd put it here. A little positive news regarding Walmart...

I talked to an associate in the ammo section of the the North Loveland Walmart about the Ammo hold. He said he heard the rumor then went on the corporate website yesterday and verified that Wal Mart ammo orders are NOT on hold. According to him ammo orders and stock are normal.
