Not doubting what you are saying, but in 3 years I have never seen this happen while at a large volume retailer. Anything is possible. I have just never seen it.Quote:

This I have seen on several occasions.
We print out our queue and check daily. One day a customer will be mid way on the queue, next day they vanish. I've seen people go from in queue to in process and back to in queue.Quote:
