Yea, well our software has a serious memory leak, so if you don't restart the laptop every 2-3 days, the program gets up to 5-6gb RAM and starts acting all wonky. We restarted it my first night, and it was down at 300mb RAM, so I didn't think to restart it or even check it.Quote:

Probably, it's a MacBook Pro 13" and only runs the control software. They don't see it as a problem though, other than when the memory leak gets too big, the program is unresponsive and can freeze telescope motion. If we have to close in an emergency situation (incoming snow/rain storm) and it freezes, we're boned.

LOL yeah, the tutorials do a great job explaining the controls so you don't decouple on the launch pad :p
But being a space geek, I thought it'd be a fun game to play. After playing it, the learning curve is much steeper than I expected. I'll hold onto the game and maybe I'll have more time/patience to play it some more.
Yeah. I was a big combat flight sim geek for almost a decade, but quit a couple years ago after being utterly burnt out. Now War Thunder has me playing constantly. 34 hours in 8 days
