Now are you ho's done posting and distracting me so I can finish getting ready for the range?!
Never.
an hour without a post?
I'll fix that!
I'll still fix it!
Thursday's around here are pretty boring, really... I have ONE thing to to today, and it requires me to put on my chest candy. Admittedly it's not a whole lot compared to others. However, since I don't normally wear it, people are surprised when I do.
I have to go to a forum about re-vamping Army ROTC. I'm not special, and I'll be one of about 100 folks in the room, but I was chosen as the rep for my division, so I'll take it.
I just have to remember to not get all beligerent before I go in there.
"ye shall not measure thine genitalia whilst in a meeting, conference, or other group discussion."
that's pretty much the rule of the day.
Well, the M&P40c worked perfectly! Shot about 200rds, all reloads, and it was excellent! Experienced a new issue with reloads though, got ragged holes. Made a different thread about it.
I responded to that thread, BC.
so I am in the process of plasti-dipping my truck, on the lower doors.
Thanks Belly!
flyboy, I did that to to the top of my truck, underneath the "roof basket" (nissan xterra).
The airfoil thingy was digging through the paint, so I just covered a big area. Worked decently well at first, but now the edges are starting to peel up and it looks kind of crappy. I may redo it with truck bed liner.
what are the benefits of plasti-dipping vs. rhino lining (or something similar) ?
Plasti-dipping is not permanent. Its just a rubber layer that protects the under surface. Great for doing trim on cars where you don't want the trim, but don't want permanent black either.
In the MINI community, a lot of guys plastidip the chrome, headlights, under window trim, etc.
fun and games
cash and prizes
[shithitsfan]..
Stoner, did you try shitting upwind again?
Nope, just smells bad around here of late.
'here' as in this thread?
or just your current location?
Also, bed-liner is better for front of vehicles, where rocks will hit. I found out that Plasti-dip is more for cosmetic appearance rather than functional. I Bed-lined my truck rims about 3 years ago, and I am barely getting any chipping now. with plasti-dip, I would have had to redo them constantly.
I just did the side of my truck, and didn't get a straight line so I pealed it right off. If I would have bed-lined, I wouldn't have been able to do that.
Both have their benefits, but in different ways.
guns and ammo
My current location. Yall don't stink nearly as bad as a bunch of Iraqis
Who doesn't?!
I need to reload more, thought I had about 500rds of .40 loaded up already, but found out I'm down to 200rds. Need a few hours to load up my next box of 500 bullets.
I'm asking for nothing but bullets for my birthday, hoping for at least 500x .38spl, and 1000x .40s&w. But, part of me is wanting to tell my Fiancee to forego presents since our wedding is 2wks after my bday and then we'll be in Hawaii for a week so she can buy me something there [LOL]
I have about 100 rds of 9mm, 90-100 rds 5.56 and a box of .45[facepalm]
Ive never had thousands ever. hell I don't think ive broken 250 yet
Am I missing anything in here?
yea, you definitely need more. Do you want to go to the store every time before you head to the range? I like keeping enough on hand that I can go to the range, shoot a couple hundred rounds and still have more than double what I shot. Then, I'll replace that ammo before the next trip.
Yes, FFL07 to manufacture reloads for others.
Well, I'm satisfied with my guns too, but that doesn't mean I have ENOUGH guns.
