This is a nice site of old, abandoned and 'gone' airports in the Denver area. Great history.

If either of us live long enough for me to finish installing all the new radios in my Glasair, I'd be happy to go for a ride with you! Too many other things keep getting in the way and the project gets pushed aside.
Some friends and I went up last Monday to take a look at the Aspens. We went from Brighton to Steamboat and then to Craig, Hayden, and Walden before heading home. This pic was taken by a friend's wife from their RV-6. I'm in the RV-3 and the polished plane is a 1948 Swift. (I know Alpha2 probably knows all this, but for anybody else who might be curious...).
The aspens were nice and the weather was fantastic.

This is as close as I can manage to get when it comes to taking a selfie with a pretty girl!

Make sure to get and post pics of the Wyo arrows.
Mrs bo originally found the article and would get a kick out of pics of adventure she kicked off.
Did anyone see what looked like a red P-80 Shooting Star flying around Westminster/Arvada around 1pm today?
It could have been the red Provost jet that is based out of Broomfield.
