Those are 13" Dayton 100 spokes. Old school propper low rider. I too grew up in a Mexican low rider neighborhood. I miss the mariachi bands sometimes. Nothing funny here, it even have the Aztec dude with the naked chick airbrushed on the hood!
Uh, that was my dream car when I was a kid!
I did own a 1973 and 1980 Monte Carlo........pretty much mandatory growing up in Central Cali in the 80's.

I gotta say that the Monte Carlo with 13" Daytons looks better than an early "90 Impala rolling on 24's with a heavy metallic purple paint job. I'll get a picture of it of I remember to ready phone on the way home.
There's a new Charger "donk" that I see on my drive home daily. It's fugly. I'll have to get a picture of it if I can do so without getting shot.
