Did they say whether this was an isolated incident or not? I'm not sure they would disclose that either way, but...Sounds like their CS is trying to do the right thing at least.

I have been considering one of these for a M4orgery upper. I e mailed them asking for dealer locations on the Western Slope, and Beth replied within 20 minutes. I replied asking questions and mentioned this thread, and again, she was very responsive. There are no dealers over here, but they're raising the prices on them and she said she would sell me one at the lower price. But the more I look around online, the more I hear of them breaking or cracking. I probably wouldn't use it to the point of breaking, but still I think I'll wait for a stripped lower to come up for sale. They do get a A+ for CS though.
Got mine mounted to a jse upper. Have not shot it yet. Complete I got $ 520 into it no sights yet. We will see how it holds up.
