Lamborn shouldn't have backed off from his statement, he should have re-iterated it and explained it in greater detail.

The definition of the word racist has been changed from a pejorative to a projection. It is projected onto anyone that a liberal disagrees with and it is a proof that the liberal hurling the word has run out of arguments. Liberals run out of arguments rather quickly since they are such shallow people to start with.

I'll throw my hat into that pile! I also believe that anyone who cries racism these days is using it because logic escapes them... for example "You refused to vote for Obama? You must be racist!" I just retort with "You actually voted for Obama? You must be stupid [and hate America]!"
