I think the worst part of my job is I get a new boss every 12-24 months. They are fresh out of school and many think they know everything. Had one of those fun moments with the last one.
He comes to me one day and says "I need a copy of your 214 and Resume" I kind of looked at him with what could only be a deer in the headlights look. He said that he was serious and needed it by COB. I laughed and he started to get upset. I then explained how the Resume might take a bit.
He said No, I am serious! and I said "I understand but the last time I had a Resume YOU were SEVEN YEARS OLD".[LOL]
The entire shop busted out laughing. I now have a current Resume. [Flower]

mostly dealing with the 2 people on my team that think it is ok to make adjustments to the business critical systems on the fly because "they know what they are doing" ...so many late nights fixing shit they broke, I get the "atta boy," and yet the people breaking shit are still employed with the company.
