The only thing that could possibly make a Lorcin even better than it already is, is a hood-rat trigger job.
car-15, I think you're safe - the thing is statistically much more likely to explode than to fire in a linear direction. :-)

Is that a "key lime" revolver?
I see what you did there.
That revolver is awesome. It looks like Merchuseum pipe. Or however you spell it.
I had to go back through it all just because it was so fun. I will say this. I like my hand attached to my arm thank you very much. Attachment 29943
And of course I always liked the early days of the files.[Flower]

I have to go back through from time to time in order to make sure it wasn't some nightmare I had... and here it is continuing to make its own sauce.
World-Famous 'Cat Man' Dennis Avner May Have Taken His Own Life

"Shannon Larratt, who knew Stalking Cat, wrote in a blog post that Avner had tried to adopt the spiritual essence of the animal world. He had tried to transform “himself not just into a tiger, but a female tiger at that, blurring and exploring the gender line as much as the species line.”"
He gonna be upset when he finds out how an SKS ejects brass.

I've seen this before and can't quite wrap my head around it. I got to Seattle quite a bit and the eco-ragers love these things. I'm not sure what part of a kilt is "tactical" but I guess it could be...no, actually, there is no part of wearing a kilt that is tactical...

Didn't that start off as an April Fools Joke? I remember a video with Kyle Lamb and Scruffy Wallace (from DKM) that came out a couple of years ago around April 1. If I remember right (and I may not) there was so much interest based on the video that 5.11 decided to go ahead with them.
Soldier Systems to the rescue with the scoop.

For an April Fool’s Day goof, 5.11 Tactical came up with a great scheme. They would tell everyone that they were going to manufacture a tactical kilt. They went all out and produced a fantasy product called the 5.11 Tactical Duty Kilt. They even recruited spokesman Kyle Lamb to get in on the act. The video and gag product page went viral and it was such a big hit that they decided to go ahead and produce a run…for real. Nothing like capitalism in action. The market demands a product and they make it. Here is 5.11 Tactical’s full response to the phenomenon.
Friends in the 5.11 Tactical Community,
About a month ago our lead designer, Cory Nykoluk, came to me with the idea to have some fun on April 1st with a 5.11 Tactical Duty Kilt. “We’ve had a number of requests for kilts, so why not make one?” Cory had enlisted our creative services director, Matt Frederick and our director of ecommerce, Brian Rogers. I gave the project a green light with the commander’s guidance to make the “TDK” a true 5.11 product supported by a proper launch. Operational security was strict as only about 6 people inside 5.11 knew about this project. In fact, the only reference in meetings and e-mails was to “Project Caber.” Our close friend Kyle Lamb, President of Viking Tactics, was briefed and signed on immediately. It turned out he was about to attend a Dropkick Murphys concert. Perfect timing as band member, Scruffy Wallace, is a kiltsman who plays bagpipes and the tin whistle in a VTAC T-shirt. The final piece needed was an athlete/first responder to demonstrate the mobility of the TDK. Matt Frederick called Roman, a veteran duty sheriff and Parkour athlete and we were rolling.
Last week, when we reviewed the video footage of Roman leaping walls in the TDK – it was clear – we had achieved the goal of making a Kilt true to the 5.11 brand. There was a collective “uh-oh, we only have one kilt in inventory!” On Saturday, March 31st, I called 5.11 Tactical founder, Dan Costa, to tip him off. His response: “Be ready, you’re going to sell some kilts!”
Indeed, the Tactical Duty Kilt launch was a success, so it seems the April Fool’s Day joke is on us! Due to your positive response, we are pleased to announce that the Tactical Duty Kilt will become available for pre-orders soon on the following web page: http://www.511tactical.com/Tactical-Duty-Kilt.html. We don’t plan to make the TDK an “in-line” product, so this is a limited time, web only offer. If you haven’t already signed up for notifications on when this product becomes available for purchase, please do so now at http://www.511tactical.com/Tactical-Duty-Kilt.html and give us your name and e-mail address in the form located on the right-hand side of the page. We plan on sending out 1 more email to those that have given us their information to confirm size and color and other important ordering details.
5.11 Tactical Duty Kilts will be available in Black, Khaki, and OD Green (MultiCam will be offered at a slightly higher price) in even waist sizes 30- 40 for a very limited time – don’t miss out. Remember we only have one in inventory today, so we’ll need some time to make them for you!
Thanks for your friendship, sense of humor and support of 5.11 Tactical. I’m signing off to place my Tactical Duty Kilt order!

First one to spot it wins some .40 brass...
Shining example of why "I was Army/AF/Navy/Marine/LEO" doesn't necessarily mean much when it comes to weapons knowledge...

Hi fellow patriots and gun enthusiasts!!! Up for auction is a used Glock 23 pistol. The handgun is a true masterpiece by nature and has been a true proponent of reliability, rigidity, and consistency from a combat handgun perspective. This particular unit is a rare unit produced by the glock company. (research the rtf2 series) in brief synopsis the rtf2 was a limited run of weapons that glock produced in response to the boring horizontal slide serrations. This weapon is outfitted to perform reliably in .40sw/9mm configurations and and you dont have to look any further than this package to have all the accessories you need to enjoy either. THIS GLOCK 23 HAS BEEN EXTREMELY MODIFIED AND IS SUGGESTED FOR HANDLING BY EXPERIENCED SHOOTERS WHEN IN THIS CONFIGURATION. THE GLOCK IS AN EXTREMELY AND I STRESS EXTREMELY VERSATILE WEAPON PLATFORM THAT WILL ALLOW THE NEW OWNER OF THIS PISTOL TO PLACE A NEW FRAME OF HIS CHOICE ON IN SECONDS... SO DONT PASS ON SUCH A GREAT DEAL TO OWN A DOUBLE THREAT GLOCK 23/19 PISTOL BECAUSE YOU FEEL THE CURRENT FRAME'S CUSTOM JOB WAS LESS THAN DESIRABLE. (FOR MY TASTE THE CURRENT FRAME ON THIS GUN IS FREAKING AMAZING, AND IVE NEVER FELT A GLOCK THAT FELT SO GOOD IN THE HAND!!!!) THE SUBTRACTION OF THE TRIGGER GUARD WAS A BIT MUCH FOR MY TASTE, BUT ONCE AGAIN GUNS ARE TOOLS AND EACH HAS THEIR PURPOSE. I would be remiss not to outline the extensive details of this package: 1)GLOCK 23 RTF2 SCALLOPED SLIDE SERRATIONS 4)13RD (.40)GLOCK MAGAZINES 4) 12RD (9MM) MAGAZINES 3) 33RD (9MM) MAGAZINES (NOT PICTURED) 1)LWD 5IN (2PORT) 9MM BARREL (NOT PICTURED) 1) LWD 5IN (THREADED) .40SW BARREL (CURRENTLY IN UNIT) 1) CUSTOM DESANTIS BELLY BAND FOR THE PISTOL WHEN IN THE CURRENT CONFIGURATION. 111) FEDERAL 180GR HOLLOWPOINT AMMO. 50+/-) .40SW BRASS THE GUN IS IN PERFECT SHOOTING/ FUNCTIONING CONDITION.. WHAT MORE DO I HAVE TO SAY... ITS A GLOCK!!! I'VE ALSO INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION AN ASSORTMENT OF GLOCK PARTS AND PIECES, ODDS AND ENDS FOR THIS PARTICULAR GUN AS WELL. THIS GUN IS AN AMAZING SHOOTER AND IS A TRULY RARE AND COLLECTABLE PIECE OF GLOCK HISTORY PROVIDED THAT THEY ARE OUT OF PRODUCTION. THE CUSTOM FRAMEWORK OF THIS UNIT MAY BE OVER THE TOP FOR SOME SHOOTERS, BUT FOR THOSE SERIOUS SHOOTERS WHO KNOW HOW IMPORTANT A FIRM GRIP IS ON THE FIREARM WILL SAVOR AND TRULY REVEL IN THE COMPLETENESS AND WHOLENESS (YET MINIMALISTIC) APPEAL OF THIS PARTICULAR PISTOL AS SOON AS THEY LAY HANDS ON IT, IF NOT BEFORE... BID STRONG.. AS IF YOU WERE BIDING AGAINST DIANNE FIENSTIEN!!! ;-) HAHA
He did an XD as well.
Come on guys, stop it.

That guy's nuttier than candy bar shit.
OK. That Glock is the epitome of stupid. Selling it is even more stupid.
But I think the biggest WTF is that 2 people have placed bids on that abortion-gone-wrong of a gun.
I'm just surprised he carried that thing in a Belly Band for two years like that! I get nervous putting my gun with a trigger guard into the Belly Band sometimes.
Richmond IN July 6 2013 A Richmond man claims a police officer who responded to an accident involving a young deer handed the officer’s loaded gun to a civilian to euthanize the badly injured animal.Richmond police said this week an investigation is ongoing into the reported incident, which Jerry Anderson said took place Saturday in front of his home in the 1500 block of Chester Boulevard. A report from RPD indicates an officer did respond to an accident involving a deer just before 10 a.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of Chester Boulevard.Anderson said the officer arrived at the scene after a young woman had struck the deer in an accident on Chester Boulevard. Anderson said the deer was injured badly, was suffering and needed to be shot. He said a small group of people had gathered at the scene.Anderson said he had gone inside his home to retrieve his pistol to shoot the deer and was surprised to find someone else in the act of shooting the animal.“I went inside to get my gun, and when I came out, my wife told me that (the officer) said he couldn’t do it,” Anderson said. “She said he had tears in his eyes, and he handed his gun to a stranger — his loaded gun.“There were 10 to 12 people standing around, and there were two big guys there. One of them said they had a permit in Ohio, but they didn’t have it with them, and (the officer) gave his weapon to (the man) to shoot the deer. You should never hand your weapon to a person in a crowd.”Anderson said he contacted police about the incident and met Tuesday with RPD Capt. Terry Hopkins.“I don’t have a problem with the shooting — the fawn was hurt pretty badly and it needed to be done, that’s why I went inside to get my gun,” Anderson said. “I just couldn’t believe that an officer who is supposed to protect people was crying and couldn’t do it and then he handed his loaded gun to a stranger to shoot the deer in front of a crowd of people. (The officer) didn’t disperse the crowd first or anything.”RPD Chief Kris Wolski said this week Hopkins was investigating the case. Wolski confirmed a deer was struck and later killed during the incident Saturday, but he did not provide any additional details, citing the ongoing investigation.RPD Maj. Kevin Wampler this week said if the allegations are determined to be true, the officer would face disciplinary action for violating department policy. He said the alleged act is not a criminal violation.Source- IndyStar

Yes!!! Forgot about that one from the old thread. I guess I never noticed them both being compensated blowing gasses into each other.
Plus, you gots the mandatory double gangsta grip.
How does the timing of those Glocks work?
I can't believe that none of the casings flying around got in the way of the slide actions.
How svelte.... plus, you know that trigger linkage is smooth as a baby's bottom.
