Yeah, it SHOULD... I told them that it was not acceptable for that gun to shoot anything other than better-than-MOA with ANY match ammo.
i told him that better-than-MOA performance was the only acceptable resolution.
The test target shows a .277" 3-shot group. I really don't like the 3-shot groups. I won't accept anything other than a 5-shot group.
Another weird day at the house. Took the dachshund for a walk, and now she's just sleeping away on my lap.
Since she's so small, I can just take her around the block and she's all tuckered out.

I didn't mention the other day, that the surgeon said I'm doing good for my 7 (ish) week of recovery. So that's good.
I'm "where I'm supposed to be" for what they did to fix me.
I'll add that if you have a choice on replacing and oil dipstick tube on a Triton V 10, in an Econoline............. I'd highly recommend not breaking it off in the first place.
We've done about 5 or 6 of them now...... total pita.
