Yeah about 14" and thick. Ruger was very intrigued.

Thank you Bailey, the "depth" in the scenery here is like nothing I've ever experienced before, it felt like we were standing in a beautiful painting, hard to explain but it's unreal.
ETA: pics were taken on my Samsung S20+, there were a few folks using professional setups, I can only imagine what their pics looked like. Scenery here has tempted me to get a "real" camera.

I have an S10+ and a couple of "real" cameras. I'm no photographer so the phone is just too convenient. I don't even think I've unpacked my cameras yet and the move was finalized the last week of Feb. I need to, though. I've missed some great opportunities to catch some of the planes from Altus flying overhead. The phone just doesn't work for that sort of stuff.
Yeah, the phone is just too convenient, and the camera is the main reason I opted to upgrade to the S20, I could have went with the ultra, but coming from an IPhone 7, I wasn't prepared to go quite as large as the Ultra. Nevertheless, it's amazing what phone cameras are capable of these days.

I've hunted Independence and in the Zirkels. These were taken just below the summit.

Spent many a sunset on Gates Pass when I should?ve been in class at the U of A lol. Also a number of nights on A mountain during lightning storms. Should really make some new prints from my old slides. Thank you for these photos, sometimes I really miss the beauty of the desert-but not the heat!
No problem, I'll try to keep them coming. Speaking of heat...https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...5c37f799b6.jpg

The rock he's on was about the size of a large grapefruit for size reference. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...289e1f73d8.jpg
