I'm as fat and out of shape as I've ever been. I've decided that hunting is only like 40ish days away and I need to at least make an effort to get back into shape. It's pretty rough starting from the bottom. I'm really bad at doing things consistently, so we'll see how long this lasts.
Irving, I can appreciate your personal assessment. The older you get, you'll begin to realize holding on to your youth....just isn't going to happen.

Keto and legs/cardio. Don?t worry so much about the appearance. You don?t have time to look pretty, just get the legs and cardio up. Bunless burgers, water only, get summer sausage and real cheese, etc.Quote:
