Loaded 200 .308 loads for my PTR-91 which is suprisingly easy on brass. Followed it up with 500 rounds of 9mm Major for my CZ Parrot and about to start on 250 rounds of .38 Special cowboy loads.

Started planning on how to fund an RL1100 or maybe a good used 1050. Crimped brass is starting to pile up and it would be nice to be able to swage primer pockets as part of the loading process. I think I’ll focus on small primer pocket brass first.
I ran about 4,000 pcs of 223 brass through the rollsizer and then put them through my Dillon 1100 for a forum member. No more primer, no more primer crimp, nice round necks again and all trimmed up nice and square. The shoulder is also bumped back a couple thou. Then tumbled them all clean again.
Hey, that was for me! Thanks dude.
I’ll keep that in mind as an option Hoser but I’ve got a bunch of crimped 9mm I’d like to load too. A 1050 or 1100 looks like just the ticket.
I have a 1050, but I still have Hose do once fired .223 for me. His ability to trim them while processing them is so much faster than me trimming one at a time on a giraud. Getting roll sized as part of the deal seals it for me.
I’d let him do your 9mm. The roll sizer will get rid of and bulges from unsupported cases.
Lol Hoser, fortunately neither of those are consuming my disposable income , but cutting back on the craft beer may help. I?m hoping I?ll get a bonus this year to fund a new press and if not I?ll just thin the herd a little.
I saw a post from Hoser a while back on another forum about lubing cases for Dillon progressive presses when loading pistol ammo with carbide dies. The comment was there are those who use lube on the cases and those who have not tried it. I have always skipped the lube when using carbide dies, regardless of the progressive press I am using. I set up a new XL750 in 9mm with Dillon carbide dies and tried Hornady OneShot lube. Hoser is 100% correct, the press runs so much smoother with much less resistance. I’ve taken the loaded rounds and dropped them in the tumbler for 15 minutes to remove the lube and this works great. Thanks Hoser. Still considering an RL1100, may be close to a purchase now. I’ll have to get an RT1500 too so I can trim 5.56 cases.
XL750 is running great, glad I picked it up.
Finished the last of the brass i was organizing and tumbling.
Once that was done, this last week loaded 1700 125gr plated FP's 38 spl
1K 158 gr plated FP's, 38 spl
700 125 gr 38 spl jhp's .
Once i get motivated i'll burn out what i have remaining of 158gr jhp's in 357. Along with the 300 158 gr LSWC's in 357 too.
Went looking for some wheel gun ammo before labor day, last year. Forgot i handed most of it off the the daughter. So...... needed to accumulate brass to load enough to hold me over, the next 6-12 months.
Wheel & lever guns are fun, when you get tired of those new fangled semi auto's
And old friend of mine dropped by the house last night. He wanted me to teach him how to reload on a 550 as he had only used a single stage.
Ended up loading about 250-300 rounds of 44 Special. Turns out I had never loaded 44 Special. Luckily, 44 mag dies work fine.
I have a 44 conversion for my 1050/1100s, but that would have blown his mind and he kinda wants a 550.
What load did you end up using? I’ve got a few hundred new .44 special cases I need to load up. I’ve got some powder coated 250 grain cast hollow points I will probably load.
A friend came over to load Dasher at my house. He's been reloading on a single stage press, and I've been regaling him with tales of loading precision ammo at a rate of 2-3 rounds a minute on my Dillon 550. While there, he spotted my 650 and 1050 as well as my Auto Trickler. I'm pretty sure that visit is going to cost him roughly $4K.
Have 1k of 145 coated 9mm projectiles sitting here. Guy i got them from, along with 2k of 155 p/c'd , asked if i tried sport pistol ? Lots of load data for coated bullets, sold me 3 pounds of it. I'll finish the 145's this weekend, 500 loaded as of this morning. They shoot fairly soft w/ 3.5 gr SP, see how they do suppressed tomorrow.
Loaded 100rds of match 223. Lapua brass, varget, 52gr eldm. I've got it down pretty good now i use my auto charge then dump it in to a old school ohaus beam scale then trickel to my final charge weight. Last batch was at 1/2-5/8in groops.
Since I've got assloads of components, I've decided to start assembling them together in the (perhaps misguided) belief that they'll be easier to store in a smaller area as assembled ammo. So, I've been filling up the primed brass I've been hoarding with the bullets and powders I've been hoarding. A daunting project, haven't made a dent.
All the .45Colt, .38Special, .357mag, 10mm and .380acp so far. Hell, just finished 650rds of .308, and I don't even have a rifle for it. I'll never be able to shoot it all up, guess my heirs will have a good time.....
Not exactly in the reloading room, but I keep slapping together 6XC rounds in small batches to take to the range and haven't done a full work up yet. I've seen 3 hits on steel nearly touching at 500 meters on several occasions and finally shot it with the lab radar up. I only had 3 rounds left but the numbers made me think I may have stumbled onto something.

Loaded 100rds of 357mag 125gr xtp over 22gr of h110. Then I dissembled my press and cleaned and lubed it, cleaning was long over due.

As far as I can tell, a loose primer fell out of the press and into the brass bucket. Crunch.
Loaded 19 rounds of .308 Winchester. I put a 168 gr. polymer tipped bullet over 41.7 grs of Varget. Approaching maximum load. I don't know how much more want to squeeze out of this load. Although the faster I go, the tighter the groups get, I think about the best this rifle can do is 1 1/2-2 moa.
Finally got around to getting my new V4 Autotrickler set up last night.
Excellent upgrade from the V3. Very quiet and rock solid. Throwing powder to within 0.02 is so nice.
I am going to give it a few weeks before I sell my V3 just to make sure I like it enough.

V4 is so yesterday. V3 plus the Ingenuity Precision Powder Measure is the latest greatest:

41gr seems light. I load 44.5gr varget under a 168gr smk or nosler cc and get sub moa groops no pressure signs at all. Just a quick look and my manual says 46gr of varget is max load for 168gr bullets. Not sure of your exact situation but I would say you have some room to refine that load some more.
Loaded 100rds of match 223, 77gr smk over 24gr varget. Was hoping to hit the gun club this weekend but it looks Like were gettimg snow this weekend. Maybe next weekend.
cleaned a 50 cal ammo can or 9mm and 1 of 223. Done with the 357 loads, switching back to 45 acp.
45-70, .35 Rem then went to the range and made empties to fill back up again. :)
Snowing up this way so I loaded 100rds of 357mag
125gr xtp over 17.5gr of 2400. Should make for a good day on the range out of my 4in 686.
load tested some 145 lrn-pc 9mm rounds.
Spent the last two days prepping a bucket of 9mm cases.
Finally was able to get a few spp, so I laoded 350rds of 380.
Processed about 3,000 pcs of 223 brass for a good friend.
Roll size, deprime, swage primer crimp, FL resize, trim, ect.
Overnight service is sometimes avail.
After playing musical chairs with three scopes and three rifles and swapping triggers back-and-forth as well, I looked over at my presses and said the hell with it.
