That wall had over two inches of variation. It was a real chore to find the sweet spot where I could put relatively square shelves. The lower shelves are deeper too but you wouldnt know from the face. ;-)

I cut 4 lbs of stew meat for a neighbor get together tomorrow. Probably put together and cook on the smoker.

I am thinking about doing this to unload the muzzleloader since the hunt is over. But then I would have to clean it more than just pulling the breachplug out and unloading that way
