MrAk, I came across some good videos from the comment section of Duolingo. If you're only a week or two into lessons, this particular video might be a ways out, but it's a good example of supplementary lessons.

Doc I have been seeing can't see me until 11/6. Went to see a different Orthopedic doc about my knee today since it's full of fluid again. I know and trust him, he's been in practice for more than 20 years, and he said it's the biggest swollen knee he's ever seen. Scheduling an MRI to figure out what's damaged and plan a strategy to get it healed up.
