There's a massive difference between arguing with an old classmate from the 2nd grade, and dog piling and kicking the shit out of a the new kid that just moved in from out of state. The latter transfers schools.

The guy wanted to stay in compliance with the law. Which... when I read the T&C, this site doesn't condone any discussion of lawbreaking in the first place. It's his inanimate chattel, who cares what he does with it.
Why that pisses anybody off is beyond me. It's not a two sided ethics argument (e.g. declawing cats). Nor is it legal to import hi-caps into Colorado.

OxArt, I don't much care for many of your posts either, so this may put me in an untenable position. However, I'm stubborn so ill bite...

I made no qualitative comment to his actions -regarding his decision to do what he wants -with his magazines or to be lawful. Don't lead the discussion to suggest that I did otherwise.

I did make specific comment to what I thought of his selective hearing & his overall intentions in that particular thread because of his posting history on the site.

I then compared his behavior to a recently banned bot, AwetGoat whose posts were equally insolent save sentient intent, hence the added 'with a pulse' to convey my full meaning.

That is not a dogpile.

I didn't get the wet goat part. Thanks for the explanation.

I've seen his original threads and nowhere did I see any "one" advice rising to the surface nor did I see him ignoring any consensus in part because there was none. It seems to me you were primarily bothered because he wasn't engaging in your troll-y attempt. Also I don't give a flying fuck if you like me or "my posts" or not. I don't appreciate people who can't handle differing opinions.
