Help Needed for Hockey Rink in Superior

Hey guys,

If any of you live in Superior, have kids in a hockey program or just care about Hockey in Colorado please help if you can. The Boulder Valley Ice Rink in Superior needs assistance getting their new previously agreed upon ice rink approved. BV Ice has a great youth system and they are really good people. Please don't judge them because they have "Boulder" in their name, they have been in Superior for over 10 years now.

Hyland Hills doesn't use a private facility. Boulder doesn't need one either.

Private facility; as in they build and pay for it themselves. This is how rinks are built now. No city has money to build a municipal rink. And it not in Boulder it in the City of Superior, The Boulder Hockey Club has been around for a long time and they finally were able to build their own sheet of ice, they did so in Superior.

And if you don't want to help Outback, then don't. If you have a problem with me that's fine. This isn't about me.

But it's the boulder hockey club's rink. I don't care where it is I don't dislike boulder unlike some people. I worked in boulder for the better part of two years.

What I have issue with is the fact that it's going to be a private facility.

Why should the public help the BHC get a PRIVATE facility?

They need to reword the entire thing if they plan on letting the public use the facility.

Quite frankly, none of the youth hockey associations in Colorado deserve their own private facility.
