I'm working on a theory ... haven't fleshed it out completely yet, but I'm beginning to think the current "anti-bullying" crusade is going to create more and more of these because we're creating a culture where "bullies" are worse than Nazis and thus subhuman and not deserving to live and victims of bullying are saints and martyrs who's actions in response to the bullying are 100% forgiven because they're "victims". I think there may be validity in your thoughts. When I see a 22yr old college kid parked in his BMW ranting about "unfair" his life is, I want to throw him to the taliban. In simplicity, I think it is the entitlement attitude and the predominate mindset of "it is everyone fault by mine" is a factor more so in Gen Y than others, but I'm opining.
And puntang? Really? Where was this guy's dad?
