When a gun gets sold by a true gun owner, most likely it is being sold to upgrade. Good for gun manufacturers as well which keeps the industry strong. I hope this happens more often.

I don't know if I'd admit publicly to a gross misdemeanor, and include the evidence.
RCW 9.92.020
Punishment of gross misdemeanor when not fixed by statute.
Every person convicted of a gross misdemeanor for which no punishment is prescribed in any statute in force at the time of conviction and sentence, shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for a maximum term fixed by the court of up to three hundred sixty-four days, or by a fine in an amount fixed by the court of not more than five thousand dollars, or by both such imprisonment and fine.
Will never go to prosecution.
The laws are for us, not them. Hell...they'll probably put a statue of him in the public square.
Or an art installation of destroyed guns, dedicated in his name.
Hopefully he paid way too much for the pistol, regardless.

Well we're all safe now ... the world is down one KelTec.
For such a good guy, his friends sure found him an illegal gun rather quickly.
I can't believe he admitted to it taking three minutes to cut it in half with a chop saw - he should have been able to do so in less than a minute, and most likely less than 30 seconds considering he was mostly cutting through polymer.
The libs would probably convict someone for making a video of them legally purchasing a firearm before they'd convict this goober because he did it "for the greater good of the cause".
The gun was so hot he couldn't hold it. He's either a world-class pussy or a liar. It looks to me like he cut through the polymer frame...the slide looks completely intact.
Total douchebag. Too bad he didn't accidentally get his neck caught under the blade.
But...he was "really reefing on it". He said so...
