Bunch of nitwit comments there, as usual. I didn't see if the article said what actually happened. It looks like 3 vehicles there, perhaps Smith was in the middle, got hit from the rear, and que-balled the car in front? I bet the shooter came from the car in front?
CNN tells it a little better. Best I gather is just he got rear ended. Driver of hummer got out and they verbally sparred before hummer guy pulled the gun and started shooting.
