I have a client that wants solar lights on her fence that will stay on at night. Guess she wants to spook some critters since she has 12 puppies. Any recommendations? It?s about 100 feet of wooden fence.

Home Depot and Lowes and Amazon have a selection of solar lights that go on fence posts, Gates, etc.
you can buy them from a few different vendors. Depending on what price point the client wants to stay at.
Here's what we have and outside of a cloudy day, where they don't hit a full recharge.
These units stay on all night, have great illumination and some of the better ones we've dealt with. If i remember later on, i'll snap a pic of one or two.

Most of the ones I've seen or had don't make it through the night.
I'm gonna try some of these myself. Here's a review:

I use solar lights around the yard partly so I can see what's in proximity of the light not because I believe they will deter intrusion because I know they don't.
Sell her one of these, https://smartflower.com/ to power the lights. It's slick, it retracts when the wind kicks up and last I checked it's under 20k installed (including cement pad).
