My headlamp took a dump. Tell me what you guys like.
Honestly, today's cheap stuff is so good that I just get whatever from Home Depot or Costco.
I have two.Petzl Tikka headlamps, one stays in my camping/hunting stuff and one stays in my tool pouch at work (I work construction). Other than replacing batteries they still do the same thing they did 15 or so years ago when I bought them.

Tikka if you want light and small, 3 settings, not super on AAA. Black Diamond is bigger and runs on AA. Lots of functions and lasts well as long as power is reasonable. Got a cheap energizer one too, it?s fine not sure about durability. Costco Duracell come in a 3 pack. Has regular spots and a flood function on separate buttons. No idea how well the batteries last.

Costco Duracell 3 pack are great as long as you don?t need the lightest one on the market. They have slowly replaced some of the others that I have had.
