There is no border.
The border is secure…….
Mexican Bacon?
Cost of the stuff with a worm in it might rise? I'll just drink Russia vodka, Oh wait! Don't drain the swamp, I need refuge too!
Looks like someone stopped their kickback payments and/or was no longer useful.
I've been watching and reading a bit about this. I think this could get really nasty in short time. The cartel is well armed and seem to be pretty stocked up on members or people who depend on them.
It's not beyond them to do some really nasty killings, many killings, toss in some bombings, fires etc to get their point across that they want Guzman's son released. If you remember, he was arrested a while back and was released to stop further deaths and as the news puts it, "bloodshed"
If I were in the area, I would be hiding in a deep hole somewhere. Nobody is safe from their violence. The more innocent the people hurt and killed, the better impact of the point they are trying to make. That point is to release Guzman or there is more to come.
The US sending troops (or better yet, some cruise missiles) to destroy the cartels is a foreign war I could get behind.
