Thinking of trying this out, not sure if Ill like it for feel or not, on a glock. Thinking just palm side, and back strap. But love to see pics.
Was your too rough, too smooth? Did a little and wanted less, needed to do more?

Here is a link that shows some true stippling (dots) and some other techniques (like tree bark).

I like the feel of it. If it is too rough, a little sandpaper can mellow it out.
Colorado Shooting Sports has Glocks already done up. I am sure a great gunsmith (like BPTactical) could handle it as well.
I have had 3 done by Anthony at Colorado Shooting Sports. He does a great job. I have big hands and he rounds the trigger guard which makes a huge difference for me.

Kind of curious about that cutting down they advertise on the page. My M&P fullsize might be nice with the grip cut to compact length.
Not the greatest pics in the world, but here's a few examples

Very nice FireMoth[Beer]
I'll have to post the pictures of my M&P on here some time. I'll have to go steal, I mean borrow the camera.
Thank you. I'll try to get some of the latest projects tomorrow to share as well.
The Secret in my pudding is grinding my own tool shapes to do specific pasterns. I just had a request for a Bowie tactical style pattern, so tomorrow i will grind a new tool
I'll post the pics as soon as he's done with my M&P. [Beer]
BTW, that G19 (pics 4-5) is my carry gun, the pics doesn't do a justice - it looks way better in person. Thanks again FireMoth!
Yeah, I said they were shitty pics.
I need to get Chris to use the magical, questionably masculine Iphone4 to take pics. they seem to come out better on that little wonder gadget.
I also need to get pics of the tomahawk handles
