feedback question

so whats the rule about feedback? I recently had a bad experience in a trade deal and am not sure how to leave feedback. I honestly dont want to trash the guy but at the same time what a pain in the ass . Id hate for someone to have to deal with him also , but then the next guy might have better luck . I did speak with BrokenScout about him (he also had a bad deal with the same guy , but under a different screen name ) , i still feel i should warn others about him.
so questions
1 what to do in a bad deal or with sketchy people ( concerning feed back )
2 is there any way to tell if someone has been kicked off (coar15) and is using a different screen name .

If you have exhuasted all avenues to the satisfaction of both parties. By all means, tell the story. Then either the other can tell his side to defend himself, or He won't. Thus warning everybody else. The COARKoD.

2) depends, If you make easier, (Via PM, with both names.) I'm sure the bored mod (Me.) could use the oppertunity to break up the day.

If it didnt work out well or was just painful, say so.

Somthing like

Worked a deal with XXXXX. Communication was poor and difficult. In the end, the deal was made, but it was harder than it should have been.

Feedback is just that. You act like a shitbird, your gonna get shitbird feedback.

Tell the truth.
Future buyers appreciate it.

Too many people are afraid of hurting someone's feelings.
If they DESERVE bad/negative feedback..........and no one knows.........isn't that what feedback is for?

Call 'em out... let others know so they can decide if they want to deal with person X or not.

Sometimes I need to be told I'm wrong or the way I handle things is wrong, etc...

If its the same a$$ clown i'm thinking of, he's tried to sell crap under two different screen names, and has been banned under both. If it is in fact this person, he needs to be banned once again, so please do drop the name, the mods would be much appreciative.
